Monitor your credit card activity from your mobile device.
With the Butterfield Corporate Cards CI app, you can:
- Log in safely and easily using FaceID or TouchID
- View all card transactions made on your registered credit card

Corporate clients of Butterfield are able to apply for the Butterfield Corporate Credit Card.
No, there is not a limit to the number of cardholders you can hold.
Corporate Administrator
Statements are available within the Corporate Credit Card Portal. You are able to download the PDF’s or export transactions to CSV.
Each cardholder will get access to the Butterfield Corporate Cards CI App & to the Administration Portal.
We use Mastercard.
Corporate Cardholder
The card usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive via the post. You are able to download the card to your digital wallet immediately.
The limits will reset on the 1st of every month.
You can send a request to your administrator who will request for the records to be updated.
Your statements are available in the Butterfield Corporate Credit Card Administration Portal under ‘My CC Statements’. You can also export the transactions to CSV.

You can report your card lost, stolen or damaged and request a replacement by calling 24/7 Butterfield Card Services at +44 (0) 808 175 6551.
Butterfield Corporate Cards CI App
The PIN can be found within the App by clicking on the card then ‘See Your PIN’. You will need to enter the security code from the back of your card.
Within the app, click on the card then select the option for ‘Card Block’. Alternatively, if your card is lost or stolen, call Butterfield Cards Services at +44 (0) 808 502 2551.
Your card details are available in the app. The security code may be used once and is valid for 3 hours.
Yes, you can add this to Apple or Google Pay.
In the App, you can see your available balance on the home screen. If you click on the card, you can see further details for your limit amount and how much you have utilised.
Your new card can be activated within your Butterfield Cards CI app. You can also activate by using Chip and PIN for your first purchase or by using it at an ATM.
By click on the person in the top right-hand corner, then scroll down to ‘Look for 3DS notifications’.
You will need to set a personal code when setting up the app. Once you are set up you will then be able to add the identification methods relevant to your smart device, e.g. FaceID or Finger Print access.
Credit cards are only available to residents of the Channel Islands. Credit cards will be issued from Butterfield Bank (Channel Islands) Limited.
