Supervisor,Card Services
This position reports to the Manager, Card Services and will be primarily responsible for supervision of the Card Services back office functions for all credit card creation and maintenance of all credit and debit accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the Senior Clerks and Clerks, Card Services and is critical in maintaining back office processing service levels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- processing account opening of credit cards accounts
- administering and maintaining credit card accounts and processing adjustments to credit card accounts
- processing debits to clients’ accounts for autopayments to credit card accounts
- preparing credit card reissue files for embossing cards
- assisting with the customer service emails and Online Security mailbox
- preparing daily plastic log for cards to be embossed and assisting with the collection of un-embossed plastics along with updating the plastic log
- assisting with internal queries by email or phone
- ensuring high levels of customer service
- ensuring that daily administrative functions are properly and efficiently handled
- supervising personnel to ensure that they perform duties to a high standard and are delivering excellent customer service
- staff coaching and training
- undertaking any other duties assigned by the Manager

Your qualifications and skills include:
- university or college degree preferred with experience managing a team whilst being customer focused
- knowledge & experience of Card Services administration
- computer literate with proficiency in MS Office software, excel being mandatory; knowledge of FCUBS and Postilion software would be an asset
- excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- highly developed organisational skills; including ability to meet tight timeframes & deadlines
- ability to work professionally and competently with little supervision
