Electronic Banking Administrator
This position reports to the Electronic Banking Supervisor and is responsible for various administrative functions related to Butterfield’s Alternative Banking Channels (Butterfield Online and our ATM network) whilst providing the highest level of customer service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a high level of processing accuracy and efficiency while entering customer account information into Butterfield Online and other applications
- Performing research as required to resolve customer issues with a high level of service
- Keeping records up to date and when necessary, sending old records to Records Retention
- Adhering to established Bank policies and procedures within your area of responsibility, reporting any usual occurrences to the appropriate authorities
- Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the various applications used as part of your area of responsibility
- Reporting, logging, and preparing incident reports for all fault occurrences with products of responsibility on day of occurrence, providing management with completed logs as required
Your qualifications and skills include:
- High school diploma or recognised equivalent
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office suite of products, especially Excel and Word
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, mature, reliable professional with the demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member in a demanding work environment
