Business Analyst | NavOne Dynamics 365
We are looking for someone to join our technical team, supporting our Trust business's core CRM system, NavOne.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and operating theNavOne upgrade and patch management processes, ensuring all instances are kept up-to-date and allow timelyapplication of bug or enhancement hot-fixes.
- Under the guidanceof Group Trustsenior management, identifying technology-led solutions for newrequirements aimed at creating operational and/or process efficiencies. Scoping, designing,building and deploying these solutions in conjunction with the NavOne vendorand internal stakeholders.
- Acting as Group TrustNavOne SME, sittingon the Group Technical User Committee and liaisingwith TrustQuay on Group Nav-related tasks and queries.
- Undertaking any operations-orientated projects,as assigned; acting as technicalresource and project lead, asappropriate, actively monitoring and reporting to Head of Operations.
- Assisting, where required, with wider Group Trust initiatives and projects.
- Undertaking user assistance and bug resolution both on NavOneand other MI reporting or relatedplatforms.
- Providing end-usersupport and assistance with occasional trainingrelating to new function and upgrade deployment.
- Complying with and supporting all Butterfield Group Change Controland Technology-relatedguidelines and policies.
- Complying with and supporting all SOX audit(Sarbanes Oxley Act) controls and processrequirements as laid down by the Group SOX Control team.
- Working towardsstrengthening Group Trust application team processes, documentation and change control procedures.
Your qualifications and skills include:
- Good and current knowledge of TrustQuay's NavOne or MS Business Central - MS Dynamics.
- Extensive and current knowledge o Visual Studio Code & Powershell use with MS Dynamics (BC19+).
- Strong adherence to change control protocols.
- Knowledge of build and maintenance of NavOne/MS Business Central Workflows.
- Three year's relevant experience.
- Experience of working in or in partnership with a fiduciary or wealth management business.
- Relevant Business Central certification or MS Dynamics-orientated qualification or demonstrable work-based experience.
- Proven report writing capabilities using Power BI or SSRS.
- Competent user of MS SQL Server (SSMS).
