AVP, Data Analytics and Business Analysis
Primary responsibility for delivering accurate, timely and meaningful management information to support multiple business areas. Specific focus on driving continuous improvements to the data analytics and reporting processes to develop deeper insights and trend analysis to support business growth.
Additional responsibility to provide business analysis support to strategic projects as we develop more products and services for the local market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with the business leads to understand their management information reporting requirements.
- Agreeing the frequency of regular management information reports to align with expectations.
- Designing, developing and supporting Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business and technical requirements.
- Creating a running schedule of regular reports, automating as much as possible.
- Where applicable, training other team members to be able to run their own reports.
- Ensuring data integrity and quality in all deliverables.
- Seeking regular feedback from stakeholders across the business to improve reporting.
- Driving continuous improvements to develop deeper data insights and trends, collaborating with colleagues across the business to understand their strategic priorities and how data analytics can support them further.
- Continuously evolving the presentation and storytelling of data insights to support data driven decision making.
- Providing business analysis support to strategic projects as we develop more products and services for the local market including using data and analytics to enhance customer journeys, improve customer experience and inform digital marketing strategies.
Your qualifications and skills include:
- Knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Ideally 3 years’ experience as a Data / Business Analyst.
- Analytically focussed with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and play back in a meaningful way to stakeholders.
- Ability to proactively drive initiatives forward.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
