Account Manager, Private Clients
Can you support our Relationship Managers in offering our clients exceptional service? We are looking for a new member of the team to be a focal point of contact for clients' daily banking needs. This role has significant potential to progress through our Front Office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- undertaking the day-to-day service for existing clients
- receiving instructions from clients and carrying these out, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken in a timely manner
- identifying opportunities to cross and up sell the bank's products and services and recording any leads
- communicating with clients daily and attending meetings or client events, as required
- active contribution towards the bank's financial targets and the revenue of your clients
- providing assistance to other team members during busy times
- clearly understanding the bank's risk appetite, policies and procedures
- coordinating across departments to deliver a highly effective service for clients
- assisting with and coordinating projects and large-scale system tasks that may arise
- assisting with client periodic risk reviews, as and when required.
Your qualifications and skills include:
- experience in a front office client support or banking role
- a track record of working collaboratively within a team
- strong IT skills
- a high degree of risk awareness and compliance orientation
- excellent interpersonal skills
- a strong ability to effectively support client relationships and to build relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager
- a proactive approach to suggest new ideas/innovation/process change to deliver for client requirements
- ability to think outside of the box and enthusiasm for change and the unexpected
