Incoming instructions
Incoming payment orders received through our correspondent banking network shall be processed on the relevant value day, subject to the following "cut off" times:
BMD | Same day if received by 4:45 p.m. |
USD | Same day if received by 4:45 p.m. |
CAD | Same day if received by 1:00 p.m. |
GBP | Following business day if received by 4:45 p.m. |
Foreign Currencies | Two business days if received by 4:45 p.m. |
Outgoing instructions

To request an outbound international money transfer, please:
- Read the General Terms & Conditions located on the footer of this page.
- Download and complete the Request For Wire Transfer Form. If you complete the form by hand, PRINT clearly on all forms to avoid delayed processing.
- Bring in your form to any one of our local Banking Centres.

A Corporate Banking Facsimile Authority Form must be on file.
Note that request forms for outgoing transfers must reach the IMT Paying Area by the following "cut off" times each day:

USD | 12:30 a.m. same day value |
CAD | 11:30 a.m. same day value |
GBP | 3:00 p.m. next day value date (following business day) |
Foreign Currencies | 3:00 p.m. two days value (two business day) |
