The position reports directly to the SVP, Head of Private Banking and is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of high net worth (HNW) clients in addition to business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of HNW client relationships, focused on banking, asset management and trust
- Providing and maintaining a high level of service, interacting with clients and serving as the single point of reference for all client needs
- Identifying new business opportunities and prospect target clients with the goal of achieving agreed targets
- Developing a network of Group and external contacts with the aim of introducing new business opportunities
- Cross-selling products and services
- Managing and mentoring direct reports
- Maintaining an understanding of economic, business and other relevant matters
- Any other duties that befit this management position
Your qualifications and skills include:
- University Degree or equivalent related experience.
- Financial professional qualification (e.g. TEP, CFA, CFP) preferred
- At least 10 years progressive experience in managing relationships with high net worth client portfolios
- Excellent understanding of banking, credit, asset management and trust products & services
- Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven people management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
