Summer Internship – 8-week programme
This is an exciting opportunity for a student interested in a career in financial services to gain practical on-the-job experience and work with industry experts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing assigned projects aimed at enhancing overall knowledge and skills.
- Participating in formal training as assigned to develop business skills.
- Participating in Butterfield employee and business events.
- Working with our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee on fundraising campaigns.
About the team
At Butterfield, we take the time to get to know our clients and fully understand their financial needs. The team offers a range of market-leading products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries and individuals in a variety of locations. The intern programme will play an important role in supporting Butterfield’s businesses, working with colleagues across the Bank and Trust company to shape Butterfield’s future plans.
Your qualifications and skills include:
- Studying towards a degree or recent graduate.
- Desire to learn about the finance industry and grow in this field of business.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
