Partnership Programme Manager
We are looking for a Partnership Programme Manager, working with the Channel Island Marketing team, to support our expanding local banking and credit card business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and onboarding new partners.
- Working closely with the Business Development team to identify and convert new partners.
- Undertaking face-to-face meetings with potential partners, pitching the programme and encouraging sign-up.
- Identifying and pitching exciting opportunities for World Elite card holders (e.g. exclusive events, pre-release shows, priority boarding etc).
- Coordinating signing of contracts and website development.
- Actively managing relationships with current partners, making sure their specific requirements are met whilst maintaining ongoing health checks in accordance with Bank's policies and procedures.
- Project managing the delivery of local partnership campaigns.
- Project managing the delivery of local partnership campaigns.
- Working with marketing to deliver weekly email campaigns to local clients, where permitted.
- Collaborating with marketing, local banking and business development teams on partner strategy and local product campaign delivery.
- Overseeing billing/invoicing to partners and payment collection.
- Providing feedback to partners on campaign performance.
- Being responsible for the retention and business growth for current partners.
- Establishing business metrics and process to communicate results to support and measure partner campaigns.
- Building, planning, implementing and assessing the overall digital marketing strategy for our partnership programme, working with Group Brand and our external digital agency.
- Working with the CI marketing team, Group Brand, Group Communications and business to execute the annual marketing plan and life-cycle management for local products.
- Liaising with all third-party providers including design, print and PR agencies.
Your qualifications and skills include:
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing or business development role, developing and implementing marketing or business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and build relationships.
- Good project management skills and ability to work across multiple departments to coordinate campaigns.
- Ability to generate new ideas for campaigns/special offers.
- Good background in client support role.
- Driven to deliver exceptional client experience.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
- Excellent copy writing skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- A high degree of risk awareness and compliance orientation.
