Account Manager, Private Clients
We are looking for someone to be responsible for providing service to a book of private clients alongside a Relationship Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking the day-to-day servicing of existing clients and working closely with the Relationship Manager to coordinate the onboarding of new clients.
- Acting as a deputy to the Team Lead during times of absence.
- Understanding and applying the highest level of professionalism at all times.
- Receiving and processing instructions from clients (including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, Notice and Fixed deposits, corporate actions and static data changes), coordinating with other departments as required, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken for timely execution.
- Identifying opportunities to cross and up sell the Bank's products and services, working with the Relationship Manager to convert these leads and recording them in the appropriate database.
- Daily communication with clients, handling general enquires and being prepared to meet clients or attend client events as required.
- Assisting clients with online banking setup and enquires.
- Actively contributing towards the Bank's financial targets and the revenue of your clients.
- Assisting other team members during busy times.
- Assisting with and coordinating projects and large-scale system task that may arise.
- Assisting with client periodic risk reviews and trigger reviews as and when required, in order to assess ongoing risks to the Bank and to help close any KYC/AML shortfalls.
Your qualifications and skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a financial services client facing role.
- A strong ability to effectively support client relationships and to build relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager.
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook and proficient IT skills.
- A track record of working collaboratively within a team.
