Mrs. Harvey-Maybury is responsible for the direction of Butterfield's Human Resources functions, comprising Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Organisational Development and Compensation & Benefits. Immediately prior to joining Butterfield, Mrs. Harvey-Maybury was Vice President/Director, Human Resources at Bank of Bermuda. Her career as an HR professional spans more than 20 years, over which time she has also held senior Human Resources roles in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Mrs. Harvey-Maybury holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Management.
